OUR GOALS 

The statutory tasks of the Polish Chamber of Real Estate include:

• prevention of discrimination and violations of the principles of liberty and equality in economic life,
   
• protection of the Chamber members’ interests and their representation before the state authorities,
   
• promoting the development of new forms of entrepreneurship in the field of real estate and mortgage loans in Poland,
   
• expressing opinions on legal and economic solution drafts relating to the functioning of the economy,
   
• providing its members with legal, technical and economic information useful to the business of real estate brokering and credit intermediation,
   
• framing up a broad access to the profession of real estate broker and facilitate the conduct of credit intermediation,
   
• development and dissemination of ethical principles and standards of fair conduct in business transactions, particularly in relation to pursuing the real estate agent profession and business credit intermediation,
   
• promoting the profession of the real estate broker and credit intermediation business and working in favor of the development of the above forms of economic activity, including taking action to recognize the profession of a real estate broker a profession of public trust,
   
• actively promoting the dissemination and acceptance of legal standards in paying a real estate agent by one of the parties to the sale or lease and execution of sale orders on an exclusive basis for one real estate agent,
   
• protection of the members’ interests against unfair competition,
   
• running activities for the integration of the Chamber’s members.
