ABOUT THE CHAMBER
The Polish Chamber of Real Estate (PIN) is a voluntary, independent and sustainable economic self-government organization representing the business interests of its members associated therewith. The organization aims to promote the Polish entrepreneurship in real estate, economic initiatives of its members, and efforts to boost the Polish real estate market and active cooperation between the various market segments. Important elements of its program are also taking care to observe the rules of professional ethics in the industry and the standardization of procedures for the acquisition of wages in real estate.
The Polish Chamber of Real Estate was founded on 22 April, 2010. By decision of the General Assembly, Mariusz Kania, president Metrohouse SA was appointed President of the Board of PIN; he is also the originator of the Chamber. The composition of the Board was made complete by appointing the following persons: Grzegorz Golonek - Vice President of Emmerson Lumico Sp. z o. o. and Armand Podczerwiński - President of INDEPRO Sp. z o. o.
Currently, PIN consists of more than 130 members.
